The upgrade was meant for our greying population. I just hate to see it being abused. Its kinda frustrating to see that the new lift broke down within one week of launch. Hmm... still, the new lift will be of much help for the disabled and the elderly who needed it more. it really up to one self if he/she use it properly. however, like what you have said, people staying at 2nd storey paid for the upgrading fees too. Geez. i'm contradicting myself. just my little thoughts and opinions.
